During clinical supervision, I assist associate clinical social workers with developing a supervisory plan, tracking hours and cultivating their therapeutic skills as they accumulate hours toward licensure. As a clinical supervisor, I review cases and provide information about evidence-based practices, focusing on cultural humility and case conceptualization. All supervision sessions are held weekly at a rate of $100 per hour.
Clinical supervision is necessary in receiving your licensure to practice as a LCSW, but it’s also an important element in developing your skill set and understanding how social workers function in the field.
